A league has the option to require officials to "rate" the behavior of each team's coaches, parents, and players when making game reports. If this option has been chosen, when an official is making a game report, there are six drop down lists to select ratings for the coaches, parents and players of each team.

The rating choices for coaches are "Unprofessional", "Acceptable", or "Professional". For parents or players, they are "Poor", "Acceptable", or "Excellent".

If the league has specified an officer to receive Disciplinary Game Reports, they will also receive notices when ratings of "Unprofessional" or "Poor" are reported.
