Who: League Administrator
From User Home Page go to Manage League > Modify League Settings

The period in days after a game is played that a double forfeit is recorded if neither team reports results. This is for leagues or divisions that keep standings. If the period is set to 0 (default), then there is no automatic double forfeit.
