Venue Conflicts

The scheduling software will automatically detect and report venue conflicts. A conflict is deemed to exist if there is any overlap between two games on the same venue. Venue conflicts are reported in the comments area on the division schedule page with the term Venue Conflict. The conflicts are also reported on the View Venue Usage page, which is convenient since you will be able to see the conflicting games together.

Venue conflicts must be resolved manually using the edit functions provided (Edit Game, Swap Games, and Move Games). The conflict messages will be automatically deleted when the conflict has been resolved.

To delete a venue conflict message without resolving the conflict (not usually advised), Edit the game and delete the message from the Comments area.
